Dark Chocolate Relaxes Blood Vessels

Recent study shows that consumption of dark chocolate, which is rich in a group of antioxidant compounds called flavonoids, may decrease the risk of cardiovascular disease. Eating dark chocolate can make blood vessels more flexible, basically boosting the function of vital endothelial cells that line the inside of blood vessels, a recent U.S. study suggests.
